Motivation

Facebook's employees got motivated by Mark Zuckerberg was not from his word but from his action. Although Mark Zuckerberg had earned a lot of money during the past, he still lived in his old small apartment and sleeping on a mattress. He did not care about his money he had earned but only care about the company. After a few years, his advisers forced him to move to a new house.

The employees were motivated by his quote, ' we don't build services to make money; we make money to build better services. I was motivated by his quote because even though he had earned a lot of money, he didn't spend it on the daily uses and continue focusing on the company to make it better.

Facebook main competitor was Twitter, many people say that Facebook was very suitable for news but not picture so Mark Zuckerberg had bought Instagram in order to make the company earn profit. Twitter training program can't compete with Facebook training program because it is not good enough for the employees compare to the Facebook. I think that Facebook Bootcamp is good enough and do not need to improve. Twitter do not do any regular team building programs but only training course for engineers who is interested in developing new programming skills. I think that Mark Zuckerberg is very good at motivating people and Mark Zuckerberg's quote motivates me. I think that I can't motivate by myself because we always need a leader or something to motivate ourselves.
