Training

         In Facebook company there will be Bootcamp, a six week class for every new hired engineering employees; it is called the Hacker Way. Mark Zuckerberg believe that the company's culture is an important element of success. The motives of the Bootcamp training is to make the employees more creative and improve their management development skills. The advantages of this training is to train the newly hired employees to a higher rank, this will not make the company find or hired a manager for a group. The training helps some of the employees to promote.

Bootcamp take place in the Facebook headquarters and it is counted as on the job training because the employees train at their headquarters. Employees train by making softwares, team buildings, and learning the history of Facebook. It has a lot of programs during the Bootcamp but most of it was team building programs. Employees were needed to explore all the other teams products. They were also need to solve solutions by themselves. 
Not only programs were the main thing during the Bootcamp, old employees, experience employees and some of the higher rank employees will give a talk to everyone about improving itself. Mark Zuckerberg will also encourage everyone to give ideas on how to improve the system of Facebook and a talk about Facebook. I think that the Bootcamp training is the best training I had ever seen and very useful to the employees.
