If you want to work in the Facebook company, you should have leaderships skills and very good in technology depends on which department you want to work for.           So in my opinion, I think that Facebook recruitment is very fair for everyone. It gives everyone an opportunity to work in Facebook, not only the software engineering but also marketing jobs, advertising jobs and many more. So I think it is very fair. I would want to work there because I admire Mark Zuckerberg to be the youngest billionaire and was able to create the biggest social networking in the world. I would like to improve the system of Facebook.
